Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Divine Marine, 611 4th Ave Ste 201, Kirkland, WA 98033, 206-930-7743, Shane@divinemarine.com. By using the site or booking service you agree to them.
Estimates & Pricing
Prices shown on this website are starting points. Every job receives a written estimate based on the boat, its condition and its location. Work begins only after you approve the estimate, and additional work found during service is quoted before it is done.
Scheduling & Access
Mobile service requires safe access to the boat at the slip, dock, trailer or storage location, plus shore power or water where the job calls for it. Marina rules and weather can affect scheduling, and we will reschedule as needed for safety.
Payment
Payment terms are listed on your estimate and invoice. Deposits may be required for parts, special orders and storage reservations.
Parts & Warranty
Equipment we install carries the manufacturer warranty. Our workmanship is warranted as described on your estimate or invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, weather, or work performed by others.
Storage
Boats in our care are stored under the terms of your storage agreement. Owners must keep their own hull and liability insurance in force.
Rentals & Lessons
Efoil rentals, lessons and charters require a signed waiver and adherence to safety instructions and local boating laws.
