Shane at Divine replaced the Fusion stereo and speakers on my boat. He did an incredible job guiding me to the right solution and then doing the install. He was mobile so the experience was quite convenient and the workmanship was of the highest quality. In addition, he gave me recommendations to other service providers to do repairs on my boat. My experience was terrific and I highly recommend Shane and Divine.

Shane was great! Very knowledgeable about audio and electronics, great suggestions for products. Best of all, he picked up my boat and returned it the very next day with all new sound system! Really happy with the update so far!

Shane is wonderful to work with. He put a much needed upgraded sound system on my yacht in Lake Union and some other nice gadgets. Beautiful workmanship.
Marine Audio Seattle
Marine audio fails differently than car audio. Salt air eats connections, UV kills speaker surrounds, and systems wired with automotive cable start crackling within a season. We build systems with marine grade components and tinned wiring that are still playing clean years later.
Good boat audio is about zones and headroom, not volume. Cockpit, cabin, flybridge and swim platform each need their own level control, and amplifiers need to be sized so the system plays loud without clipping, because clipping is what actually kills speakers.
We install Fusion, JL Audio, Wet Sounds, Rockford Fosgate and Kicker systems, from a simple head unit and four speakers to tower systems with subwoofers and DSP tuning. Every system is tied into helm control so you are not reaching for a phone underway.
Capabilities
Thermal, low light and engine room cameras, installed and networked as one system.
Independent volume and source control for cockpit, cabin, flybridge and swim platform zones.
Fusion stereos with NMEA 2000 helm integration so audio controls live on your chartplotter.
Properly sized marine amplifiers with digital signal processing tuned to the boat, not a preset.
Marine rated speakers, tower cans and subwoofers placed for coverage, not just where holes already exist.
Wet Sounds and Kicker tower systems with the power and projection to reach a rider 80 feet back.
Tinned marine cable, correct fusing and clean distribution so the system does not drain the house bank.
How It Goes
Four steps from the first look at your boat to a night test on the water.
We talk through how you use the boat, where people gather and how loud you actually want it, then design zones around that.
Speakers, amplifiers and head unit mounted with sealed connections and marine grade wiring throughout.
Amplifier gains set correctly, DSP tuned for the space and zone levels balanced.
Helm control, zone operation and source options demonstrated so the system is easy to live with.
Questions
Usually connections. Automotive crimp connectors and untinned copper corrode quickly in salt air. We use tinned marine cable, heat shrink connections and sealed terminations throughout.
With Fusion systems, yes. NMEA 2000 integration puts audio control on Garmin and Raymarine displays, so volume and source changes happen at the helm.
Very. Tower systems with proper amplification reach a wakeboarder clearly at line length. The key is amplifier headroom so it stays clean at volume instead of distorting.
Not if it is designed right. We size the system to your house bank, use efficient amplifiers and can add dedicated audio batteries with proper charging if the system calls for it.
Solid state radomes and open array radar tuned for Puget Sound fog, rain clutter and low visibility running.
MFD installs, cartography setup, sensor calibration and full NMEA 2000 integration at the helm.
Class B and B+ AIS transceivers, fixed mount VHF, DSC setup and MMSI programming so you are seen and heard.
EV Series and hydraulic autopilots installed, drive matched, dockside configured and sea trial tuned.
Marine satellite TV, KVH domes and Starlink Marine with proper mounting, routing and onboard networking.
FLIR thermal night vision, IP day cameras and engine room monitoring pushed straight to your MFD.
Through hull, transom and in hull CHIRP, DownVision and SideVision with correct deadrise and fairing blocks.
